Project: compilation and synthesis of three years of monitoring data regarding coaching of ‘Teacher Leaders’ in five New Orleans charter schools.

Results: three years of data cleaned, standardized, and compiled into single database for easy analysis. Initial analyses performed iteratively with KIDsmART staff to produce 2-page summary of results and lessons learned aimed at Funders, Teacher Leaders, and Coaches.
